Getting Upload URL and QR Code

To allow guests to upload photos to your event, you need to provide them with the upload URL or QR code. Here's how to get and share this information:

1. On the "Events" page, find the live event you want to share.

2. Click the QR code icon in the event card or select "QR Code" from the dropdown menu.

3. A modal will appear with:

   • A QR code that guests can scan

   • The upload URL

   • Options to copy the link or download the QR code image

• Display the QR code prominently at your event for easy access.

• Share the upload URL through event invitations, social media, or messaging apps.

• Encourage guests to bookmark the URL on their phones for quick access.

Using the QR Code

Guests can scan the QR code with their smartphone's camera or a QR code reader app. This will take them directly to the photo upload page for your event.

Using the Upload URL

Guests can enter the upload URL directly into their web browser to access the photo upload page.

Important Notes

• The upload URL and QR code are only active when the event status is "Live".

• If you pause the event, guests will not be able to upload photos until you resume it.

• Make sure to communicate any changes in the event status to your guests.

By providing easy access to the upload page, you encourage more guests to participate and share their photos, creating a rich, collaborative album for your event.
